The company was founded in october 1990 having 100% private social capital, in a time when most of the Romanian companies were controlled by the state. Whitin these years the company and produced and researched several equipments.

List of developed equipments:

• 1992 – ACIP – Complex automaton for pH, selective ions and oxygen analysis from water environments
• 1994 – Pocket pH-meter F1 – Certified portable device for pH and temperature measurement
• 1997 – NH3 gases analyzer
• 2002 – Computer-based automaton connected to the hydrogen electrode used in standardizing processes.
• 2002 – Computer-based automating system for surveillance and control of the sand drying process.
• 2003 – Temperature sensors (-50 → +150 °C) and electronic transmitters in unified current (4 → 20 mA)
• 2004 – Industrial machine for continuous flow NaCl concentration measurement using the conductive metric method
